A fine of 3 million euros is on the way for Roma.
The Giallorossi are in fact expecting this amount to be taken from them by UEFA for the sanction that should be imposed for the results of the 2023-24 financial year and written in black and white in the budget approved in recent weeks, writes Filippo Biafora in Il Tempo.
The documents show that the Friedkins last season disbursed 90 million euros in shareholder loans – in the current budget the payments are 10 million euros, but they did not end there, as expected in a year that looks set to see improving accounts – and 110.1 million euros were also converted from debts to shareholders for loans to “Shareholders’ reserve for capital increase.”
Overall, the deficit was 81.4 million euros, with a turnover of 301.7 million euros, costs of 317.4 million euros and amortization of 38.1 million euros.
Consolidated net equity as of June 30 is negative for 407.7 million euros, with consolidated adjusted net financial debt at 431.8 million euros (the debt to the Friedkins is 297.5 million euros).
Tammy Abraham’s annual renewal was also confirmed, which he extended before going on loan to Milan.
The costs of Baldanzi are then highlighted (11.5 million euros, of which one in commission to the agent, and Empoli is entitled to 15% of the difference between the transfer price and the purchase amount), Angelino (5.4 million euros, of which 250 thousand in commission) and Paredes (3.6 million euros).
Finally, the numbers of last year’s capital gains are official: Ibanez was sold to Al Ahli for 28.5 million euros (capital gain of 23.4 million euros), Belotti to Como for a capital gain of 4 million euros and Matic to Rennes for a capital gain of 2 million euros.
