Welcome to Tuesdayâs round-up of all of the latest news and rumours from across the world of transfers.
Harry Kane has reportedly set a deadline of the end of this week to complete his move to Bayern Munich.
Thatâs according to a story in the Telegraph on Tuesday which claims that the England striker has told Bayern to get the deal done by Friday or he will stay at Spurs for another season.
Kane is believed to be getting tired of the transfer saga dragging on and doesnât want to see his future effect Spurs going into the new Premier League season.
The north London side kick their campaign off on Sunday when they travel to Brentford.
Bayern meanwhile, claim to be confident about getting a deal done and will resume talks for the final time either on Wednesday or Thursday.
A contradictory report from the Evening Standard however, says that Kane is leaning towards staying in north London this summer having been impressed with Ange Postecogluâs early work.
The Times say that Bernardo Silva has agreed to mutually terminate his contract at Manchester City.
The Portugal international has told City that he wants to leave and will buy out the rest of his deal in order to join Barcelona.
Roma have been on the hunt for a new striker all summer long thanks to the injury suffered by Tammy Abraham.
But Gazzetta dello Sport say that the Giallorossi have now turned their attention to Duvan Zapata with Atalanta asking âŹ25m for his services.
Kicker report that PSG striker Hugoo Ekitike is the favourite to replace Randal Kolo Muani in their strikeforce.
Kolo Muani has been heavily linked with a move away from the club this summer and the Frankfurt hierarchy see the Frenchman as an ideal low-cost replacement.
Reports from France say that Monaco will rival Inter for the signing of Arsenal striker Florian Balogun.
Despite impressing on loan in France last term, it seems the USA international has no future at the Gunners with Monaco ready to make a big money bid, according to RMC.
A report from the Guardian on Tuesday claims that Chelsea are back in talks to sign Dusan VlahoviÄ.
A story in the Italian press on Monday insisted that the Blues were looking at other targets but the English paper says otherwise, with Todd Boehly keen on the deal.
Another man who looks set to join the Stamford Bridge side this summer is Moises Caicedo.
The Brighton midfielder has been the subject of three bids from Chelsea so far but the Mail say that Mauricio Pochettinoâs will go in for a fourth bid soon.
Should Kane finally get his move to Bayern Munich this month, the hunt for a replacement at Spurs is on.
And the Times say that Ange Postecogluâs side have already ear-marked Gift Orban from Gent as their long-term option.
Neymar will not be joining Chelsea.
At lest thatâs what the forwardâs father and agent told reporters on Tuesday morning despite a report from LâEquipe overnight.
The Paris Saint-Germain striker has, once again, been heavily linked with a switch away from the Parc des Princes with the Blues and Barcelona thought to be of interest.
But Neymarâs dad has insisted that is not the case.
âI canât confirm the news that didnât happen. LâEquipe being LâEfake,â he told RMC Sport.
After Sundayâs lull, Monday turned out to be a busy day for completed deals across Europe.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles joined Lyon after being released by Southampton this summer whilst Yann Sommer finally got his move to Inter done.
Gianluca Scamacca left West Ham after a disappointing year to sign for Atalanta as Natan went to Napoli as Kin min-Jaeâs replacement.
The biggest signing though, came late on as Benfica sensation Gonçalo Ramos went to PSG on loan for the campaign.
