UEFA have denied Crystal Palace the chance to play in the Europa League.
Oliver Glasner's side had automatically qualified for the competition as one of England's designated representatives after winning the FA Cup last season.
But the Eagles will instead compete in the Conference League after European football's governing body ruled against them on multi-club ownership rules.
Palace's former minority shareholder John Textor stood at the heart of the issue due to Lyon, where he also retained a stake, also qualifying for the Europa League.
Under UEFA rules, two teams from shared ownership groups cannot be allowed into the same competition despite Textor selling his shares in both clubs recently.
Nottingham Forest, who originally qualified for the Conference League, will take Palace's place in the Europa League for the forthcoming campaign.
