The squad of players set to be depended upon by Real Betis for the club’s return to action on Friday night has today been unveiled.

After a week’s break owing to the scheduling of the Copa del Rey final, Manuel Pellegrini’s Betis will take to the pitch once more in a little over 24 hours’ time.

A home La Liga showdown with Celta Vigo lies in store at the Estadio Benito Villamarín.

The Verdiblancos will head into proceedings absolutely desperate for a bounce-back result, amid what has proven an altogether concerning stretch of recent form.

Stretching back to the far side of the international break, Betis have fallen to four straight league defeats.

In their efforts to get things back on track on Friday, however, Pellegrini and his coaching staff will be forced to make do without a trio of important players.

This comes amid confirmation that all of Marc Bartra, Marc Roca and Chimy Ávila remain unavailable for selection.
