Looking back: Marmoush brace and Nacho first

Eintracht won 3-0 at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei in November. Omar Marmoush set the Eagles on their way with a brace inside the opening 15 minutes, before substitute Ignacio Ferri Julià wrapped it up late on with his first professional goal after a one-two with Mario Götze. Dino Toppmöller’s men also asserted themselves physically in the capital, with a tackle success rate of 57 percent.

Götze in form

Götze has been on the scoresheet himself in the last two league games, something he last achieved in the Bundesliga in April 2019 for Borussia Dortmund. The number 27 scored and assisted against Hoffenheim, and then put SGE briefly in front against his former club Borussia Dortmund. Now Götze and his teammates are aiming to claim a third win in four matches and kick off the run-in with victory.
