Manchester City can continue their pursuit of the Premier League title with a win over Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Sunday afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s side can secure a fourth Premier League title in as many years with five wins from their remaining five games, with Manchester City bidding to become the first club in history to achieve such a feat.

Nottingham Forest will face Manchester City for a 104th time on Sunday, with the first meeting between the two teams having taken place in December 1899, where City suffered a 0-2 defeat.
Manchester City have won 42, drawn 28 and lost 33 of the 103 previous meetings, scoring 160 goals and conceding 142.
City haven’t completed the league double over Nottingham Forest since 2000, and the Reds have lost only three of the past 16 top-flight meetings between the two teams.
