New contract for David Affengruber

David Affengruber has signed a new contract running until 31 May 2022.

The 19-year-old defender from Lower Austria and Austrian U19 international has made 41 appearances for co-operation club FC Liefering (scoring four goals and providing six assists) since joining the Red Bulls in 2013. After playing through all the age groups of the Red Bull Football Academy and winning three titles (U16 2016/17 and 2017/18; U18 2018/19), he has also appeared for our UEFA Youth League team, before last weekend he made his Austrian Bundesliga debut against TSV Hartberg.
