FC Barcelona have always been particular about the colors that represent their club. The blue and red for La Blaugrana remain eternal, and it is what everything around them stands on. Even when it comes to the Barcelona home kit, those are the colors they tend to rely on regularly.

However, Barcelona are much more open to experimentation when it comes to the colors of the kits apart from their home jersey. Away from the Montjuic and the Camp Nou, the Catalan giants have worn many different versions of the Barça kit with varying color palettes splattered across them.

Heading into the 2024/2025 campaign, it would appear that Barcelona are once again going to be taking on some bold choices. As brought forward by kit information experts Footy Headlines, the Barcelona third kit for the upcoming season has been leaked, at least to a greatly similar extent as per the report.

The new third kit for Barcelona will take on a color scheme that combines “Barely Volt” and “Old Royal” colors, as per the description of the colorways being used. In terms of the design, the kit has a scattered scramble of variations of green patterns all across the front and back.

The blocks stand out and fade away based on the exact shade of green used on the kit. Nike has a proud tradition of making use of their ‘Volt’ color, but this blend is rather new even by their standards as they make use of very light and mixed version of it.

On the other hand, the logos and various applications on the kit, including the color, make use of the blue color utilized in the kit’s palette. This includes the Spotify branding, and the Ambilight branding on the arm as well.

However, what truly stands out as a unique choice made by Nike in this kit is the famous swoosh logo on the chest. Just as they plan to do it with other kits, the Nike swoosh has been tilted almost 30° anti-clockwise on the shirt itself.

This is a bold choice made by the brand, and it remains to be seen how audiences will react to it in case this ends up being the official template of the kit.
