Chelsea entertained Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Blues made a decent start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 24th minute when Trevoh Chalobah found the back of the net. Mauricio Pochettino’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Nicolas Jackson doubled Chelsea’s advantage in the 72nd minute. The Blues ended up cruising to an impressive 2-0 win in the London derby.
GK: Dorde Petrovic – 7/10
He made a few solid saves at the back and secured an important clean sheet at home.
RB: Alfrie Gilchrist – 7/10
Gilchrist was a positive influence at both ends of the field.
CB: Trevoh Chalobah – 7.5/10
He put his foot through the ball when he could and did enough to keep a clean sheet.
CB: Benoit Badiashile – 7/10
Badiashile cleared the danger when needed and was accurate with his passing.

LB: Marc Cucurella – 7.5/10
The Spaniard performed his defensive duties well and made one decent run going forward.
CM: Moises Caicedo – 7.5/10
He anchored the midfield with conviction but offered very little going forward.
CM: Conor Gallagher – 8/10
Gallagher worked his socks off on both halves and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
RW: Noni Madueke – 7.5/10
He made a few promising runs with the ball but didn’t do enough to register a goal.
CAM: Cole Palmer – 7.5/10
Palmer was a constant menace in the final third but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.
LW: Mykhailo Mudryk – 7.5/10
He caused a few headaches for his marker but there was no goal for him tonight.
ST: Nicolas Jackson – 8/10
Jackson was a real handful for the Tottenham defenders and managed to score in the 72nd minute.
CM: Cesare Casadei – 6/10
