West Ham United welcomed Fulham at the London Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Hammers made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the ninth minute when Andreas Pereira found the back of the net. David Moyes’ men failed to make a comeback and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.

Pereira doubled West Ham’s advantage in the 72nd minute as West Ham crashed to a lackluster 2-0 loss in front of their home fans.

He made a lot of crucial saves at the back and did enough to keep the scoreline respectable.

RB: Vladimir Coufal – 6/10

Coufal was far from convincing at the back and lacked quality on the ball.

He made some poor errors on the defensive end of the pitch and was replaced in the 59th minute.

Aguerd did his fair share of defending and was good on the ball.

LB: Emerson Palmieri – 7/10

He came back to defend when needed and managed to catch the eye at times in the opponent’s half.

CM: Edson Alvarez – 6.5/10

Alvarez anchored the midfield well and made some clever runs with the ball.

CM: James Ward-Prowse – 6.5/10

He earned the ball back once and made a few inviting chances for his teammates to find the back of the net.

RW: Mohammed Kudus – 7.5/10

Kudus made a lot of dangerous runs with the ball but didn’t do enough to register a goal.

CAM: Danny Ings – 6/10

He was wasteful in the final third.

LW: Lucas Paqueta – 6.5/10

Paqueta made some driving runs with the ball but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.
