Barcelona capped off their pre-season tour to Asia in an emphatic fashion, beating Daegu FC 5-0 in Seoul.
However, Barcelona’s win was somewhat overshadowed by Pau Cubarsi’s injury as the youngster requested to be substituted after facing discomfort in his right leg.
As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona fans have nothing to worry about as far as the fitness of Pau Cubarsi is concerned.
As per the report, initial tests have ruled out any serious injury, confirming that Cubarsi only suffered a strong knock to his left knee.
The substitution was made purely as a precaution, and further evaluations are expected to confirm that the issue is minor.

The 17-year-old centre-back had attempted to continue after going down but was limping and unable to push through.
His decision to signal to the bench sparked immediate concern, especially from head coach Hansi Flick, who covered his face with his hands.
Flick wasted no time in sending on Hector Fort to replace Cubarsi, with the coaching staff eager not to take any unnecessary risks so close to the start of the new season.
After brief treatment on the sidelines, Cubarsi was able to walk off the pitch under his own power, another encouraging sign.
Barcelona will be keen on avoiding an injury at this juncture, knowing they simply cannot afford to start the new season without the services of some of their key players.
Cubarsi’s potential injury, to that end, could have been a major blow as the young defender is considered a first-choice option in central defence alongside Inigo Martinez.
