Official: Real Madrid squad list to face Deportivo Alaves

Fresh from a grand title celebration, Real Madrid will resume their La Liga campaign on Tuesday as they take on Deportivo Alaves at home.

Heading into this encounter, the club have confirmed the final squad that will take on Alaves, who are currently positioned in a mid-table spot.

There are not many surprises either, with the majority of the first team making the squad. Youngster Mario Martin is perhaps the only notable addition.

The young defensive midfielder will be hoping to make his La Liga debut against Alaves, especially as Carlo Ancelotti keeps one eye on the weekend clash with Villarreal.

Keeping Ancelotti’s rotation policy in mind, Real Madrid may also start with Arda Guler and Lucas Vazquez.

Joselu, too, could make a push, especially after enjoying a solid week, where he notably starred in the Champions League win over Bayern Munich.
