Michael Oliver will take charge of Manchester City’s Emirates FA Cup semi-final clash with Chelsea at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.

Pep Guardiola’s side are bidding to bounce back from Wednesday’s disappointing exit from the UEFA Champions League this weekend, by reaching the Emirates FA Cup Final for a second consecutive season with a win over Chelsea.

Manchester City exited the Champions League at the quarter-final stages for the first time since 2020 in midweek, after a 3-4 penalty shoot-out defeat to Real Madrid at the Etihad Stadium.

The Sky Blues could still win both the Premier League and Emirates FA Cup this season, retaining two of the three trophies won during last season’s treble triumph.

Manchester City have drawn with Chelsea in both Premier League meetings this season however, and the west London club are unbeaten since a defeat at Wembley in the Carabao Cup Final in February.

City themselves are unbeaten since December, having stretched their current streak to 27 matches in midweek.

Ahead of the semi-final clash at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, the Football Association have announced the Match Officials for the clash between Manchester City and Chelsea.
