An update on the wellbeing of Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has come to the fore on Tuesday.

And the news will no doubt come as music to the ears of all of a Barcelona persuasion.

This comes amid confirmation that Lamine – forced into a premature departure from international duty with Spain over the weekend – is expected to be fit and available for selection to face Sevilla this weekend.

Hansi Flick’s troops are primed to mark their post-international break return to action on Sunday night, when they play host to Sevilla at Montjuïc.

The participation of the club’s explosive young wide-man was until today considered as being up in the air, after he was diagnosed with a muscular overload on the back of Spain’s meeting with Denmark on Saturday.

As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then the Blaugrana faithful need not fret.
