Roma in talks with Legia Warsaw for Ziolkowski  | OneFootball

Roma is ready to complete its defensive line with the signing of Jan Ziolkowski, a young defender from Legia Warsaw.

At just 20 years old, Ziolkowski represents the ideal profile the Giallorossi are seeking for the future.

A young talent, but already ready for the big step up, capable of bringing value to the team in the coming years.

Currently, however, Ziolkowski is still under contract with Legia Warsaw, who have no intention of selling him before the Europa League double-header, scheduled for August 7th and 14th.

This could give the Polish club the time they need to prepare for the young talent’s possible departure.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the fee for his release is €4 million, a sum that Roma is willing to put on the table to bring the defender to the capital.

Despite Roma’s interest, competition is not lacking, with several teams ready to compete for Ziolkowski.
