Former Chelsea boss Graham Potter has now been linked with taking a new job in the Premier League with one position reportedly under threat.

Potter has not been back in work since he was sacked by Chelsea and has seemingly been taking some time off and seriously considering any new job that he goes back in to.

Some believed he might have been in the frame to become the new England manager, however, that of course has now been handed to another former Blues manager, Thomas Tuchel.

Potter has been very quiet since leaving Chelsea, but he has been back in the limelight a bit more recently in the form of some interviews and also some appearances on things such as Monday Night Football on Sky Sports.

You can certainly feel that he is on his way back in to football and will be looking to take a job soon, but will that be back in the Premier League?

Potter to Palace?

Potter linked with PL return

Potter has emerged as a candidate for the Crystal Palace job should the Eagles decide to sack Oliver Glasner, according to reports. The Palace boss is under mounting pressure as his side are yet to win a game this season.

According to the Guardian, Potter is a potential candidate for the Eagles should Glasner leave. If he took this job and anything came of it, it would be his first role since he was sacked at Stamford Bridge in April 2023.

Personally, I don’t think Potter would be wise to take a job like this with the club doing so badly right now. It looks like it might be a tough job to take. But maybe he fancies that challenge? There would certainly be a lot less pressure there than he had at a huge club like Chelsea.
