Ethan Nwaneri commits future to Arsenal

Arsenal announced that teenage forward Ethan Nwaneri has signed a new deal with the club.

As usual, the Gunners have not elected to reveal the duration of the contract, although it has been reported to be a five-year deal for the academy product.

Nwaneri made his debut at the tender age of 15 early into the 2022/23 season and has so far played a total of 39 games for the club in all competitions so far, scoring nine times.

"Signing this contract means everything to me," Nwaneri said about his new deal.

"I see this as my first real season in men’s senior football, as part of the squad in the changing room. I'm so excited for what I can bring to the team, I want to help us win as much as possible and bring happiness and glory to the club. This is where I feel at home."
