La Liga outfit Sevilla have on Friday been afforded a boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that José Ángel Carmona has returned to group activities alongside the rest of the club’s squad.
Defender Carmona was for his part forced to withdraw from the Spanish U21 squad at the last minute this week.
This comes after the right-back suffered a muscular problem in the closing stages of Sevilla’s defeat at the hands of Leganés last weekend.
Carmona has for his part played a starring role for the Nervionenses this season, featuring from the off in all 13 of the club’s La Liga outings.
Boss García Pimienta and co, in turn, were no doubt relieved to welcome the 22-year-old back to training earlier today.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘The return of José Ángel Carmona to the group was the main news in the last training session of the week at Sevilla.’
Carmona, in turn, is expected to be available to take his place back in Sevilla’s starting XI to face Rayo Vallecano on November 24th.
