After 17 minutes of action, Sasa Kalajdzic had Stuttgart in front as Borussia Dortmund were left frustrated in the first half. But coming out into the second, the visitors knew they had to up the pressure.

Jude Bellingham tied the match and became the youngest ever English player to score in the Bundesliga (17 years, 285 days) while captain Marco Reus hit the second two minutes later.

The chaos continued as Stuttgart pushed for an equalizer and a stunning counter-attack from the hosts saw Daniel Didavi level the game 2-2 after 78 minutes.

Yet instead of crumbling, Dortmund stood tall and 19-year-old substitute Ansgar Knauff scored his first professional goal to secure the win.

With the result, Dortmund’s Champions League hopes stay alive as they sit fifth in the table while Stuttgart stay ninth.
