After a very successful first season back in the Premier League, some of Wolves’ pre-season fixtures have already been determined.
On Monday, the Premier League announced that West Ham, Manchester City, Newcastle United, and Wolverhampton Wanderers will all face off in China in a July pre-season tournament.
On 17 July, all four teams will play in a Wednesday doubleheader at the Nanjing Olympic Sports Centre.
The losers will play in the third-place game while the winners face off in the final, with both games being played on 20 July at Shanghai’s Hongkou Stadium.
This will be the first time that Wolves will participate in the tournament.
The Premier League Asia Trophy has taken place every two years since 2003.
