The 2023/24 season is shaping up to be the best of Vinícius Júnior’s Real Madrid career so far.
Los Blancos took on Osasuna in LaLiga on Saturday, and it was the brilliant Brazilian who gave them an early lead before scoring again in the second half, to make it six goals in his last four games.
That puts the 23-year-old on 12 LaLiga goals this season, more than he managed in the whole of last season.
His personal best is 17 from the 2021/22 season, and he’s going the right way about eclipsing it this year.
Although he definitely won’t be scoring against Athletic Club at the end of the month, as a yellow card he picked up against Osasuna means he will be suspended for Madrid’s next match.
