Bayern Munich’s new era is officially under way with Vincent Kompany at the helm.

And the new head coach wasted little time in putting his charges through their paces on Friday.

Kompany led team training at Säbener Straße as Bayern attempt to wrestle the Bundesliga title from Bayer Leverkusen.

The Rekordmeister will warm up for their new campaign with trips to Rottach-Egern and Düren before a double header against Tottenham Hotspur in August.
