It’s been a hectic few days of Rangers speculation and rumour, and Ibrox Noise delves into the belly of the beast by summarising everything we have for you on what is incoming to Rangers, mibbes aye, mibbes naw.

As we reported earlier, any move for Damian Garcia is off – he’s signed a new deal and he’s staying in South America.

But Connor Barron is considering the switch to Rangershe’s interested in the offered contract, and the club has booked a medical for him. He has suitors in England and Italy, but prefers Rangers.

Adama Traore trail has gone cold – the Ferencvaros winger pursuit went very quiet, but he really is marquee and Rangers would do well to keep that one going.

And then there’s striker Albion Rrahmani, the latest there is Rangers need to bid £6M to snaff him from Rapid Bucharest – Neil Lennon is resigned to losing him if their valuation is met.

But there’s also Yusuf Kabadayi – claims in the press that Bayern have accepted a bid of around £800,000 from Rangers, and that the German winger will complete his move. Not an exciting one at all.

Ben Johnson? We’d love to get him, but unfortunately word on the wire there is West Ham offered him the terms he wants, £50,000pw and he’s now likely to stay in London. That one is sadly likely dead.

Liam Kelly is on the backburner till Euro 2024 is over, the Scotland third-choice wanting to get that done then think about his supposed Rangers move afterwards.

Defenders now, and Flavius Daniliuc is on Rangers’ radar, he’s top quality, but unfortunately Celtic want him too – having seen Rangers’ interest intensify, Brendan Rodgers has also made his move. So we doubt we’re going to beat them on any level. Bummer.

Then there’s Nathaniel Adjei, who popped up today. The Ghanian youth defender, off a bright season in Ligue 1 with Lorient on loan from Hammarby, is another 21-year-old link – market value around £2M give or take. Rangers are said to be looking at him.

There are a few others…

Arsenal’s young defender Reuell Walters has gone quiet for now, but the conditions are the same – if Rangers want him, we’ll have to ‘pay’ £350,000, but the lad has to want to come here. He’s said to have rejected a new deal in London.

Thomas Galdames has also gone a bit peaceful, the Chilean left back plying his trade in Argentina. We have nothing new on him.

And that will do us for now.

The most promising?

We’re honestly not sure. Nothing tangible is yet happening, unless we count the capture of £75,000-rated Clinton Nsiala.

It’s not quite Celtic-killing yet, with an-as-yet underwhelming window.

But hey, the pesky thing doesn’t actually open till Friday the 14th…
