Already on the radar of Chippa United in South Africa, Farid Ouédraogo might ultimately head in a different direction than the one leading to South Africa.
Indeed, the Burkinabè goalkeeper has attracted strong interest from Al Hilal Club. According to information from 226foot, the Sudanese club has opened talks with AS Vita Club to sign the 28-year-old shot-stopper.
The Congolese club hopes to sell the Ouagadougou native rather than see him leave on a free transfer when his contract expires in a few days.
A former goalkeeper for SC Majestic, RC Kadiogo, Rahimo FC, and USFA, Farid Ouédraogo could join an ambitious side aiming to make a splash in the upcoming edition of the CAF Champions League.
The international Burkinabè keeper has earned 10 caps with the Stallions. He has featured as the second-choice goalkeeper in recent squads, notably during friendlies against Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
