Three European giants courting Thomas Partey

As of June 30, Thomas Partey is officially a free agent. And despite being 32, the Ghanaian midfielder is already attracting interest from several of Europe's elite clubs.

According to the Evening Standard, prestigious clubs such as Atlético Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Juventus have all made moves to sign the Ghana international, whose contract with the Gunners expired on Monday.

Signed by Arsenal in 2020 from Atlético for around €50 million, Thomas Partey was introduced as a major reinforcement for the London midfield. Despite spells on the sidelines, he proved his influence in the centre of the park whenever he was fully fit.

Now free to choose his next destination, Thomas Partey could return to La Liga or try his hand in Serie A. Teams in Turkey, MLS, and the Gulf are also reportedly interested in his profile. Experienced and still highly competitive, Thomas Partey remains an enticing option on the transfer market.
