Liverpool fans have been reacting to the news that Newcastle United have accepted a record transfer fee (paid by a Premier League club) for Alexander Isak.
This total mess finally coming to a conclusion for Newcastle United fans.
As for Liverpool fans, it has actually got me laughing.
Just read these comments below from the glory hunters who make up the overwhelming majority of their ‘support’…
It is absolutely beyond belief, their sense of entitlement and total lack of self-awareness.
The best thing, is they are totally clueless as to how pathetic they are. As evidenced in these comments.
They honestly believe that they have come through so many years, so many decades of ‘hell’, ‘supporting’ their club through the worst possible that any fanbase could imagine.
Maybe the funniest thing of all, is that so many of these glory hunting Liverpool fans see this as finally getting their supposedly just reward for enduring so much!
A few facts for Liverpool fans…
In 1961/62 Liverpool finished top of the second tier. Since 1962, Liverpool fans have never seen their team finish lower than eighth in the Premier League (Division One as it was).
So many Liverpool fans below are referencing matches in European competitions as proof of the hell they had to endure. This is classic, the vast majority of English clubs don’t even get to play in European competitions, yet for the glory hunting Liverpool fans this is proof of what brilliant supporters they are and what terrible times they put up with.
So many Liverpool fans slagging off Roy Hodgson and how they were ‘almost relegated in 2010/11.’
Liverpool fans acted appallingly towards Roy Hodgson from day one, never gave him a chance. He was eventually forced out in January 2011 having picked up 25 points in 19 Premier League matches, Kenny Daglish came in and Liverpool picked up another 23 points in their final 19 PL matches, finishing sixth top!
Liverpool fans going on about the misery they have endured across these decades, yet they have won 25 trophies from 1990 onwards.
