Rafael Leao returns to the Milan starting XI with Santiago Gimenez and Christian Pulisic against Nico Paz and Maxence Caqueret’s Como.
It kicks off at San Siro at 17.00 GMT.
The Rossoneri ended their run of three consecutive Serie A defeats thanks to a dramatic turnaround in Lecce, going from 2-0 down to winning 3-2.
Leao came off the bench at half-time in that match and made a big difference, so he is starting today rather than Alex Jimenez.
January signing Warren Bondo gets the nod in midfield, moving Tijjani Reijnders to the more advanced role with Pulisic and Gimenez.
Mike Maignan and Strahinja Pavlovic return from suspension, so only Emerson Royal is still unavailable.
The Milan ultras continue their protest and will leave the Curva Sud empty for the first 15 minutes.

Como have clambered up to 13th place, but are still hovering just above the danger zone.
Cesc Fabregas had taken them to big back-to-back victories over Fiorentina and Napoli, but they were followed by a 2-1 loss at Roma and disappointing 1-1 home draw against Venezia.
Nico Paz and January arrivals Caqueret and Assane Diao help support returning Patrick Cutrone, who faces his former club.
Marc Oliver Kempf and Mergim Vojvoda are available again after suspension, while Sergi Roberto and Dele Alli are now fit enough for a spot on the bench.
