Saint-Étienne interested in Moroccan international striker Ryan Mmaee | OneFootball

According to Foot Mercato Ligue 2 side Saint-Étienne are interested in Moroccan international forward Ryan Mmaee (24) who currently plays for Hungarian first division side Ferencvárosi. Discussions are already underway with Mmaee – who’s current contract runs until June 2025.

Saint-Étienne are looking for another striker in their second tier squad restructuring project in the hopes of making an immediate return to Ligue 1. Laurent Batlles has reportedly been looking for a striker for several weeks.

Les Verts are interested in former Standard Liège man Ryan Mmaee who only made 13 appearances for the Belgian side and scored one goal. After joining Cypriot side AEL Limassol, the striker scored 25 goals in nearly 60 games – then making the move to current side Ferencvárosi where the Moroccan has impressed with 17 goals in 25 appearances for the Hungarian side. Mmaee has nine appearances in Champions League qualifying rounds, and has scored 4 times in European competition.
