As reported by , Real Betis are yet to register all their senior players for the 2022/23 season.

Los Verdiblancos have managed to register Luiz Felipe, who they signed from Lazio this summer. However, he is set to miss Real Betis’ game against Mallorca tomorrow evening as he has a pending one-match suspension from Serie A.

Nonetheless, the Andalucían side still need to find a way to register Luiz Henrique, Willian José, Claudio Bravo, Joaquín and Andrés Guardado. Real Betis’ coach Manuel Pellegrini hopes that the players above will be available for their game against Osasuna on the 26th of August.

The club’s major shareholders are expected to make a financial contribution that will allow the unregistered players to be at the Chilean coach’s disposal.

Despite their financial constraints, Real Betis are still in the market to strengthen their squad. This month it was reported that they are trying to negotiate a deal with Arsenal that could see Héctor Bellerín play for the club this season.
