PSG’s Timothée Pembélé in talks to join Frankfurt | OneFootball

Le Parisien are reporting that Eintracht Frankfurt are in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over the signing of Timothée Pembélé (21).

Pembélé is one of PSG’s “undesirables” consigned to the “loft” whilst awaiting a departure before the end of the transfer window in under a week’s time. There are already discussions ongoing between PSG and Frankfurt. The Randal Kolo Muani discussions are ongoing, whilst Hugo Ekitiké could make the opposite move. The latter is also attracting interest from West Ham United, who have had discussions over a transfer.

The two clubs are now discussing a deal for Pembélé, who has featured 11 times for Les Parisiens in Ligue 1. Discussions between the two clubs, as well as between Frankfurt and the player’s representatives, are currently ongoing. According to Le Parisien, French clubs are also interested in the right-back, whose PSG contract runs until the summer of 2024. Pembélé’s time with his formative club therefore looks to be coming to an end.
