Brentford will face off against Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday. Both sides are separated just by one point on the league table. Can Brentford bounce back after their previous home defeat?

Brentford have adjusted to life in the Premier League in an impressive manner. They sit tenth in the league table with three wins, three draws and two losses from their eight games. Given that they have been newly promoted to the Premier League, their performances have been brilliant against much more accomplished teams. Thomas Frank’s men were unlucky to not have taken a point in their previous home defeat against Chelsea. If not for Edouard Mendy’s heroics, the visitors would have found it difficult to hold off a relentless Brentford in the second half of the match. Although Brentford have failed to secure a victory at home since the opening day fixture, they will go into the match against Leicester with no fear. Yoann Wissa will remain unavailable for the match on Saturday. Kristoffer Ajer could be available after he made his return from injury. Thomas Frank could use the same starting eleven as in the game against Chelsea.

Although recently they have shown signs of resurgence. The Foxes overcame Manchester United 4-2 at home in their recent fixture in the Premier League following which they won 4-3 against Spartak Moscow in the Europa League. Patson Daka has played an instrumental role in Leicester’s recent victories. It was his contribution that allowed Brendan Rodgers’ side to take the lead in the 78th minute while he also scored in the 91st minute. He capped off his performance against Manchester United with another remarkable display against Spartak Moscow in which he scored all four of Leicester’s goals. Marc Albrighton is also unavailable along with Ndidi, Justin and Fofana. Both Vardy and Daka could start in the attack for the Foxes.
