Portuguese is on its way to becoming the official language of the Wolves dressing room, according to defender RĂşben Vinagre.
The 20-year-old is one of seven Portuguese players in the Molineux clubâs senior squad.
Add manager Nuno EspĂrito Santo and some of his backroom staff into the mix, and you can see why the language is so common at the club nowadays.
âWe have a fantastic group. We get along very well. We dine together, celebrate birthdays together. Itâs a really good group,â Vinagre told Portuguese newspaper Record, via Sport Witness.
âBut itâs not just with the Portuguese players, itâs with everyone.
âThe English and the French [players] even try to learn to speak Portuguese.
âWe have a fantastic group and that is fundamental in what we have been doing.â
Wolves are enjoying an incredible season. They currently sit in sixth in the Premier League and have reached the last 16 of the Europa League.
