As has seemed all too common an occurrence of late, another new era begins at Tottenham Hotspur.

This time, chairman Daniel Levy has opted for the cultural shake-up and attacking philosophy offered by Australian coach Ange Postecoglou, who impressed in a very successful two-year spell at Celtic.

The lack of European football will help the new head coach keep his focus strictly on getting his side up to speed domestically.

But with the season days away, there is still no real resolution to the saga surrounding Harry Kane, with continually conflicting reports on whether he will be at Spurs for the season or leaving for Bayern Munich.

Harry Kane may be the main man and now seems set to hang around for one more (perhaps final?) season at Spurs but his importance is a given.

One player who has all the tools to thrive in a Postecoglou system is the flying Swede.

The coachā€™s philosophy relies heavily on pace, technique and directness in relentless fashion and during his Celtic spell, some of his biggest success stories were wingers who he brought to the next level.

Kulusevski has all the required tools to shine under the new man in charge.

There is another new face at the helm and, although it took some time to get their man in the door, there appears to be genuine optimism and excitement in north London about what the attack-minded Australian will bring ā€“ both on the field and off it.

James Maddison, Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven and Manor Solomon are exciting additions, while the formalities of permanent moves for Kulusevski and Pedro Porro have also been finalised and although it is yet to be confirmed, it looks like a matter of time before Alejo VĆ©liz joins the ranks.

After loaning Destiny Udogie out last summer following his signing, the exciting Italian full-back is now at the club and looks set to be given the chance to make the position his own and heā€™ll be a key man given the role that inverted full-backs play in Postecoglouā€™s plans.

Modern day hero Lucas Moura has departed, along with Harry Winks but until the transfer window is officially closed, nobody will be taking it for granted that his namesake Kane will still be leading the line come mid-September.

Although captain Hugo Lloris was granted permission to skip pre-season to try to find a transfer, he remains a Spurs player for now.
