Inter could welcome two players to the club from Parma by the time the transfer window closes next week according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter are already on the brink of welcoming Matteo Darmian to the club with the highly versatile Italian defender expected in Milan either today or tomorrow in order to undergo his medical with the club before signing his contract.
During talks over Darmian, Gervinho’s name has been brought up but the Ivorian arriving at the club is dependent on Andrea Pinamonti going out on loan.
Pinamonti only just returned to Inter, who re-signed him from Genoa, but he could be loaned out and Inter could bring in former Arsenal and Galatasaray man Gervinho to occupy the fourth choice striker role in the team for the season.
The 33-year-old forward has not played yet this season but grabbed himself nine goals in 34 appearances last season.
