Kanté was in action on Saturday afternoon, playing the entire 90 minutes against Cardiff as the Blues came from behind to win 4-1 at Stamford Bridge.

The Frenchman was reportedly planning to travel to Paris that evening but missed his Eurostar train from London St Pancras.

As he waited for the next available train, the 27-year-old looked up the nearest mosque, where he met a group of fans who invited him back to their house for dinner.

Kanté ended up spending the evening at the house, joining the group of friends for dinner before watching his own performance on Match of the Day.

Like we needed anymore proof that he is the best human ever.
