English football management royalty Neil Warnock has made a shock return to the game by taking over at Aberdeen in Scotland.
The 75-year-old has been out of the dugout since leaving Huddersfield Town in September.
But he is now back, penning a short-term deal at Pittodrie until the end of the season.
Warnock, who has managed more professional games in England than anyone else, has previously made no secret of his desire to manage north of the border in his career and previously received interest from Hearts.
His first game on charge will be a blockbuster trip to Ibrox on Tuesday night to face Rangers.
