Michael Olise is ready to 'win as many titles as possible' with Bayern Munich after being announced as a Bundesliga player.

The Crystal Palace star signed a five-year contract with Bayern and was announced as their latest summer arrival on Sunday. He moves to the Bundesliga after spending three years at Selhurst Park, joining the likes of Harry Kane to swap the Premier League for Bayern.

Olise, who is set to represent France at the upcoming Paris Olympic Games, has revealed his dreams of 'winning titles' in Germany, and is excited to begin his new journey.

He told the club's website: "The talks with Bayern were very positive, and I'm very happy to now be playing for such a big club. It's a great challenge, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

"I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring that we win as many titles as possible with our team in the coming years."

Olise will play under new manager Vincent Kompany, who recently made the move to Bayern after departing Burnley in May. The left-footed player is set to become a potential backup for Leroy Sane, but could gain a place among the starting lineup.

Bayern Munich chief Max Eberl shared his plan for Olise, saying he will bring 'new energy' to the team.

He said: "Michael Olise is a player who can make the difference and attracted great interest with his style of play. We want new impetus in our team, new energy, new ideas – that's what players like Michael Olise stand for.

"During the talks, he quickly signalled that he really wanted to join FC Bayern. We're very much looking forward to him. He will enrich our game."
