Olympique de Marseille are looking to overturn a one-goal deficit at the Vélodrome on Tuesday night. Les Phocééns must beat Panathinaikos in the third round of Champions League qualifying in order to keep their chances of reaching the group stages alive.
Panathinaikos carry a one-goal advantage into the second leg. It is expected that there will be an element of rotation following OM’s 2-1 win over Stade de Reims at the weekend. Iliman Ndiaye, who started in the first leg, and at the weekend, is expected to give way for Aubameyang. He will likely be partnered by Vitinha, who scored the winning goal at the weekend.
Ismaila Sarr will also likely return after dropping to the bench on Saturday. Jordan Veretout or Mattéo Guendouzi will come in for Geoffrey Kondogbia, who is suspended after receiving a red card in the first leg of the tie. Azzedine Ounahi, who scored a spectacular goal over the weekend, will likely retain his position in the starting XI.
