Manchester United have revealed their Player and Goal of the Month for March, as voted for by the fans.

André Onana picks up the Player award after a strong month between the sticks, in which he kept one clean sheet against Everton and made countless saves in games against Manchester City, Liverpool and Brentford.

It is the first time the Cameroonian has won the award in his short United career and continues an upward trajectory after a testing first few months following his move from Inter Milan.

Unsurprisingly, Amad Diallo’s stunning 121st minute winner against Liverpool in the FA Cup quarter-final was the pick of the goals.

Amad’s goal started with the Ivorian stealing the ball off Harvey Elliott on the edge of his own box following a Liverpool corner before receiving it again at the other end from Alejandro Garnacho and expertly finishing to spark wild scenes at Old Trafford.

The 21-year-old was then sent off for taking his jersey off and receiving a second yellow card, meaning he missed United’s 1-1 draw with Brentford on Saturday night.

Onana is certain to start tonight’s game against Chelsea but could Amad mark his return with another big goal?
