Manchester City Women are into the quarter-finals of the FA Women’s League Cup after a comfortable 5-0 victory over Leicester City on Wednesday.
Ellen White opened the scoring at the Pirelli Stadium with a close range finish after nine minutes.
Lauren Hemp then made it 2-0 from another Jess Park assist.
Before Georgia Stanway made it 3-0 with a great strike.
And the visitors weren’t done there as Hemp bagged her second of the game to make it 4-0 before half-time.
Into the second half and Vicky Losada got in on the act to make it five.
Make that 11 goals in their last two games for Gareth Taylor’s side.
