Bundesliga strugglers Mainz have moved quickly to replace Jan Siewert following his sacking on Monday.
They parted company with the former Huddersfield boss after just three months in charge following Sunday's loss to Stuttgart.
And they have moved to bring in Danish tactician Bo Henriksen, who leaves FC Zürich to take over at Die Nullfünfer, who pens a contract until the summer of 2026.
Formerly of Midtjylland, Henriksen had already announced that he did not end to extend his contract with Zürich which expired at the end of the season.
Mainz currently sit second bottom, four point off the relegation play-off place.
