Lazio sporting director, Igli Tare, on David Silva: “I respect the player, but not the man.”

Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has hit out at Spanish midfielder David Silva, after his proposed move to Lazio fell through at the last minute.

Silva had held talks with the Italian club and was due to sign a three-year deal. “I respect the player, but not the man,” Tare said in a short statement.
