Italian outlet TuttoSport, have reported that Thiago Motta's side are "moving decisively" to bring the winger to Turin, with the highly-rated youngster reportedly attracting interest from elsewhere in Europe, too.

Govea only put pen-to-paper on a new deal at the Swansea.com Stadium in March and is contracted to the club until 2026, but he could potentially be now on the move this summer if the Serie A giants firm up their interest with an official offer.

Transfer interest in Swansea City starlet Aimar Govea emerges

Juventus' interest isn't the first time big clubs have been linked with Govea, and it's reported by Wales Online that the likes of Arsenal, Brighton, Southampton all showed serious interest in the winger prior to him signing a new deal in March, while Newcastle United made enquiries along with several sides in La Liga.

This shows that Govea is clearly highly-rated by scouts around Europe, and TuttoSport have reported that whilst Juventus are keen on him this summer, so are clubs in both England and Spain.

Given the interest in him, it's perhaps a surprise to see it reported that a fee of just over £1million will be enough to seal a deal for the Ecuador under-17's international.

Swansea return to pre-season training next week, and Govea is expected to be one of the returnees, with the player expected to become a more prominent first-team player this coming season if he remains in SA1, with manager Luke Williams a big fan of the youngster.

However, with interest from European giants like Juventus, Govea's head could well be turned, and you wouldn't blame him in the slightest if he departed this summer for Juve.

It's clear that first-team opportunities at Juventus would be at a premium for Govea, but he's only just turned 18, so there would be plenty of time to work his way up through the ranks at the Italian giants.

Luke Williams won't want to lose Aimar Govea for a fee of just over £1million

Swansea boss Luke Williams wasn't afraid to give Govea a chance despite only being 17 years old at the time, and he looked like an impressive prospect in his brief cameos.

Govea played five times from the bench towards the end of the season for Swansea, and he very nearly scored a late equaliser against QPR, with a spectacular long-range effort beating Asmir Begovic in the Hoops' goal, but hitting the underside of the bar.

Ultimately, there's nothing Swansea can do if a club like Juventus want to sign Govea, but losing him for a fee of just over £1million would sting considering his potential.

Given the fact there's a number of clubs interested in him, and having just signed a new deal with the club, Swansea should be looking to hold out for more than a meagre fee of just over £1million, and it's not as if a club of Juventus' stature are short of money.

And because of the circumstances mentioned above, Swansea should be holding out for more than the rumoured fee it'll take to sign him. With a contract until 2026, if Govea impresses for Swansea again next season, his value will increase, and they could potentially sell him for more in the future.
