Football Italia reported in June that David had reached an agreement on a €6m-a-year deal at the Allianz Stadium, plus add-ons of between €1m and €2m.
The Bianconeri finalised the deal only a few days ago, when they shook hands over agent fees with the striker’s representative.
David is expected to sign a five-year deal with the Old Lady, but the Bianconeri will confirm the deal’s length with an official statement later on.

David’s salary is considerably lower than Dusan Vlahovic’s, as the Serbia international will get €12m for the final year of his contract in Turin.
The Bianconeri are eager to listen to offers for Vlahovic so as not to lose him on a free transfer next year.
Vlahovic’s agent is due to meet Juventus director Damien Comolli, and according to Tuttosport, the two parties could even discuss a contract termination.
