Uli Hoeneß is more than frustrated with Lothar Matthäus after the former Bayern Munich midfielder's comments on Nick Woltemade.

Speaking with German tabloid BILD, Matthäus stated a €60million fee for the Stuttgart talent is too low and €80-100million is more appropriate.

Bayern's supervisory board member Hoeneß unleashed his anger as he felt Matthäus was driving Woltemade's price up in the process:

“Lothar Matthäus is out of his mind! These experts have been a thorn in my side for a long time,” he exclaimed.

Matthäus was not alone in his criticism - Kicker notes that other pundits like Didi Hamann, Fredi Bobic and Michael Reschke were included in that statement.
