Chelsea are looking to sign yet another highly rated young player from England.

We have grown used to seeing the club sign top young players from other Premier League clubs such as Omari Hutchinson and Carney Chukwuemeka in the summer, and it is another player from Chukwuemeka’s former club that Chelsea are now targeting as well.

According to The Evening StandardChelsea are tracking 16-year-old full back Triston Rowe, who is playing five years above his age group at Aston Villa.

The England Under-16s international has long been on Chelsea’s radar having played for his country at the youngest age groups.

Chelsea have been watching the teenager and scouts are particularly impressed seeing Rowe play across his three Under-21s appearances at such a young age.

Rowe is one of many top young teenage talents that Chelsea are currently watching as they look to build and extend their pool of highly rated young players for the future.
