Tammy Abraham was forced off the pitch following an accidental boot to the face, injuring the Englishman’s eye.
The striker had a towel gripped to the point of contact, shook his head looked irritated when walking off the pitch.
Abraham previously had a bout of the flu before kick-off but was deemed fit enough to play on Sunday.
