Orkun Kökçü has attracted the interest of several clubs.
In Serie A, Inter, Roma and Milan are interested and an auction could soon be launched to secure the player’s signing.
As reported by A Bola, the Nerazzurri have identified him as Hakan Calhanoglu’s heir, and are reportedly intending to take the first concrete steps to bring the midfielder to Christian Chivu’s court.
Benfica could negotiate on the basis of €40 million, despite a €150 million release clause.
At the moment, the former Feyenoord player, against whom Roma won the Conference League, seems to prefer Inter which would allow him to participate in the next Champions League.
However, the Giallorossi have reportedly already started contacts with the player’s entourage to give a new midfielder to Gian Piero Gasperini.
