Pedri had an equaliser disallowed due to a supposed handball from Ansu Fati, then his side weren't given a penalty when Denzel Dumfries handled the ball in the Inter penalty area himself.

They also had another penalty claim waved away when was pushed in the box, and felt that Hakan Calhanoglu should have been sent off for a foul on Sergio Busquets.

Xavi made his feelings clear after the match, saying he was by the decisions made.

Now, his club are taking things a step further according to AS, putting together a formal complaint that will be sent to the governing body.

The complaint will apparently focus mainly on Pol van Boekel, the VAR for the match against Inter as well as their previous one to , which they also lost.

Barcelona feel they were also denied a clear penalty in that match and believe Van Boekel making such calls in both games could be more than a mere coincidence.

They will face Inter back at Camp Nou next Wednesday having dropped to third place in the group.
