Barcelona have announced the sacking of Quique Setién as head coach following the humiliating 8-2 defeat to Bayern Munich on Friday night.
The writing was on the wall for the former Real Betis boss after their Champions League quarter-final exit.
Setién also missed out on the LaLiga title to Real Madrid, despite returning from lockdown two points ahead with 11 games to go.
In addition to sacking Setién, the club have also announced that they will hold presidential elections in March next year.
Former Blaugrana defender and current Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman is the favourite to take over at Camp Nou, having been spotted in the Catalan capital on Sunday.
